Growing up near the Mississippi in Clinton, Iowa, David Saddoris established a connection to the river and recognized the unique character of historic river towns early in life.  These connections were nurtured when David returned to his hometown following college, and were further strengthened when David purchased a historic property overlooking the Mississippi River in Davenport, Iowa.  David now lives in the historic mill town of Minneapolis, Minnesota.  David’s professional career includes 9+ years as a project manager at a Fortune 100 company, where he managed both small and large capital projects at a variety of locations throughout the United States.  He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering at the University of Minnesota with coursework in landscape architecture and city planning.

David serves the community through positions on the Kingfield Neighborhood Association (KFNA) Board of Directors, KFNA Redevelopment and Zoning committee, and as founder of the KFNA Environmental committee.  In addition to his project management background, David brings three years of real estate investment experience to the partnership, and has achieved LEED Accredited Professional status.  David views urban redevelopment as an opportunity to showcase many of his interests, and strives to ensure that every project will advance environmental technologies, historical preservation, civic engagement, and sustainable community design.
